I had the pleasure of dining at Perry’s last Saturday. It’s a sushi restaurant in Adams Morgan. My husband and I ordered the omakase for two, which came with nigiri, sashimi and two rolls. Sounds easy enough, right? Except no matter HOW MANY TIMES I look it up, I can’t remember whether it’s nigiri or sashimi that comes with rice. I literally just had to Google it again.
Nigiri comes with rice!
My brain refuses to retain this information.
